At Kidsy, we sell open-box, overstock, and returned items — always inspected, never guesswork. Here’s how we label condition so you know exactly what you’re getting:
New (Open Box):
Item is new and unused. It was returned or opened but never used. Inspected for quality and functionality.
Gently Used:
Light signs of use (like minor scuffs or fabric wear) but in full working order. Always safety-checked.
Damaged Box:
Item is in perfect condition, but the box may be scuffed or torn. May not be ideal for gifting, but great for saving.
This is a gently used item in good condition. Item may show some signs of use like minor scratches or minor stains. The item was inspected by the Kidsy team. Box may have some damage or item may or may not ship in its original box.
The Nottingham Gro-Gate is an extendable wooden gate which can fit openings up to 41 in. Gates are pressure-mounted, which means fuss-free installation and are perfect for most homes " whether houses or apartments The gate can also be wall-mounted, and operates as a swing-closed gate which can be opened in both directions, and does not need to be lifted to open.

We accept returns within 14 days only if your item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

- Items must be unused and returned in original condition
- We don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues
- You must ship the item within 4 days of receiving your return label
- Refunds are issued after inspection (within 7 business days)
Non-returnable items include:
- Personal care products (e.g. hygiene items)
- Customized or personalized items

Important: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or rerouted. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it — contact us ASAP.
