Make It Returnable 
At Kidsy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help!
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
- To start the process, please reach out to us by emailing returns@kidsy.co with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.
Refunds
- Upon successful inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- The original amount will be refunded, but the shipping and the warranty(Make it returnable) fee will not be refunded.
Return Shipping
- Item(s) must be shipped to Kidsy Warehouse within 4 days of initiating the return.
