New (Open Box):

Item is new and unused. It was returned or opened but never used. Inspected for quality and functionality.

Gently Used:

Light signs of use (like minor scuffs or fabric wear) but in full working order. Always safety-checked.

Damaged Box:

Item is in perfect condition, but the box may be scuffed or torn. May not be ideal for gifting, but great for saving.

Brand new, open box item. Box may have some damage, but item is unaffected.

The Lovenest+, designed using technology by French paediatrician Dr. Manuel Maidenberg, is an ergonomic head support created to maintain the natural round shape of a baby's head. Its unique angle and shape evenly distribute pressure on the skull, helping prevent positional plagiocephaly (flat-head syndrome) without restricting movement.

Background:
The Lovenest+ was inspired by the rise in cranial asymmetry observed after 1994 when back-sleeping became the standard recommendation to reduce cot deaths. Dr. Maidenberg collaborated with designer Gina Diwan to develop a gentle, supportive solution that ensures safe sleep while protecting head shape.

We accept returns within 14 days only if your item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

• We don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues
• You must ship the item within 4 days of receiving your return label
• Refunds are issued after inspection (within 7 business days)

Non-returnable items include:
