New (Open Box):

Item is new and unused. It was returned or opened but never used. Inspected for quality and functionality.

Gently Used:

Light signs of use (like minor scuffs or fabric wear) but in full working order. Always safety-checked.

Damaged Box:

Item is in perfect condition, but the box may be scuffed or torn. May not be ideal for gifting, but great for saving.

This is a brand new item that was used as a floor model / display model at a store and as a result has some very light scuffs on it. Discounted price reflects this. Does not ship in original box.

We accept returns within 14 days only if your item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

• Items must be unused and returned in original condition
• We don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues
• You must ship the item within 4 days of receiving your return label
• Refunds are issued after inspection (within 7 business days)

Non-returnable items include:
