The Graco® DreamMore™ Bedside Bassinet Deluxe with Calming Motion keeps your newborn comfortably close and soothed. The bedside sleeper offers 9 height adjustments to fit over the bed, and the gliding legs allow you to pull baby even closer for nighttime check-ins or feedings, without having to leave your bed. With its manual sway feature, you control the speed of the swaying motion to help baby get back to sleep. Plus, the newborn bassinet can be easily removed from the base for increased portability around the home. This cozy bassinet for baby also features airy mesh sides for both breathability and visibility and includes a washable mattress to keep baby's sleep space clean.

All our items are shipped through couriers such as USPS, UPS and/or FedEx.

Refunds
As a small, sustainability focused company, we are proud to offer a 14-day return policy on any item that is damaged, defective or doesn't match the description it was listed as. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return as long as it meets our guidelines.
Please review the following guidelines before submitting a return:
- We only accept returns and process refunds for items that are damaged, defective or do not match the description it was listed as
- If an item is returned due to damage, but upon inspection no damage is found, the customer will be refunded minus the shipping fees Kidsy paid to have this item returned
- We do not guarantee compatibility or sizing for any item (e.g. car seats, adapters, strollers, swaddles, jackets, swings etc). Please check the make, model and sizing of your order in order to establish compatibility
- If you have a change of heart or change of mind, we are unable to process a return
- Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, re-route or change the address
- If you reject a shipment delivery and re-route it back to us without prior written approval from Kidsy, we will deduct the shipping fees incurred to us at the time of refund
- Item(s) must be sent back using the return label provided by us
- Item(s) must be in the original condition they were sent and all original packaging must be included
- Item(s) must be shipped to us within 4 days of receiving your return label
- The evaluation process may take up to 7 days from receipt of the return request and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests
- If we do not hear from you within 14 days of receiving your order, we assume you were satisfied with your order. After 14 days, you assume full responsibility and liability for the product.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@kidsy.co and please provide either your order number or proof of receipt (which you can find in your email).
Once your return claim is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and all items must be shipped back within 4 days of receiving the return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as hygiene products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Things sell out quickly on Kidsy! The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and processed your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellation Policy
We get it - buttons get pressed and things happen! Soon after an order is placed, we will start preparing it for shipping so it can arrive to you as quickly as possible. Once an order is in progress we are unable to complete a cancellation request.
If you placed your order and it has not been prepared for shipping, we will issue a refund via your original payment method.
If you choose to cancel and your order has been prepared for shipping, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged Box
Almost all of the items come in either damaged boxes or boxes with some retail wear and tear so they may not be suitable for gifting. The box may be damaged, but our team inspects the items before shipping. We repair the box for shipping where needed. Please note that the box may not be perfect, which is worth considering if the item is intended as a gift. Most products come in the original manufacturer’s box.
New Open Box
Open Box: The box has been opened, and the item was inspected but remains new and unused. These products include floor models or returns that have been inspected for safety, functionality, and cleanliness. Any minor flaws will be noted in the product descriptions.
Gently Used
Gently Used: Item shows minimal signs of use, such as minor scratches or scuffs, but is in perfect working order. This category may include items with light wear but no significant damage. Any notable defects will be described in the product listing.
